专利说明:
Lifting device lifting rope fastener Background of the Invention The invention relates to a device for attaching the end of a hoisting rope to a hoisting device. It is previously known to use steel ropes as lifting ropes for lifting devices. For example, wedge housings and rope clamps are often used to secure the steel rope to the hoist. This solution is well suited for use with steel ropes, but with ropes containing other material, this solution has proven to be disadvantageous. The purpose of the solution presented herein is to develop a lifting rope attachment head which allows the material of the lifting rope to be freely selected for the application. Brief Description of the Invention The above object is achieved by a lifting device according to the invention, characterized in that it comprises a frame, a lifting rope and a drum coil arranged in connection with the frame, on which the first end of the lifting rope is fastened. the lifting device further comprising a fastening device for the other end of the hoisting rope having at least one portion formed by a helical groove surrounding said portion and receiving a portion close to one end of the hoisting rope to encircle said portion; pulling out of the retaining device. Such a solution allows the fitting of the hoisting rope, which allows the material of the hoisting rope to be more freely chosen for the application. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be further described in connection with preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 illustrates a first embodiment of a lifting device; Figure 2 shows a second embodiment of the lifting device; Figures 3a-3c show a first embodiment of a fastening device suitable for the lifting device of Figures 1 and 2; 2172077FI Figures 4a and 4b show another embodiment of a fastening device suitable for the lifting device of Figures 1 and 2; and Figure 5 shows an embodiment of fastening the other end of a lifting rope suitable for the fastening device of Figures 3-4. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to Figure 1, the fastening device for attaching the synthetic rope to the hoisting device comprises as its main components the hoisting body 1, the hoisting rope 2, the drum coil 3 arranged in connection with the hoist, wherein a portion near the other end of the lifting rope 2 is received to surround said portion and a fastening arrangement 6 which locks the other end of the lifting rope to the fastening device 5. Said second end fastening device 5 of the hoisting rope 2 is fastened in this embodiment, for example, to the hoist device body 1 as shown in Fig. 1. The fastening is preferably carried out in such a way that the joint is removable and rotatable. The removable attachment allows the position of the attachment device 5 to be rotated as needed and the rotatable attachment allows the attachment device to rotate about the attachment point, for example, when the load to be lifted is swinging. With the attachment device 5 attached to the hoist body 1, at least one first diverting wheel 7 receiving the hoisting rope 2 from the drum coil 3 must be connected to the hoisting part 4, several times extending between the hoisting part 4 and a second diverting wheel 8 is provided. In this example, the attachment device is mounted on the same shaft 9 as the other diverting wheel 8. Said portion of the fastening device 5 in the example of Figure 1 is shaped as a closed loop so as to rotate a fastening point arranged in the middle part of the fastening device 5 through which the fastening device 5 is attached to the lifting device. Alternatively, said loop may be open at some point. The loop may be angular in shape, or at least partially rounded, as shown in Figure 1. The fastener 5 may be made of cast iron or steel and the lifting rope 2 may be a synthetic lifting rope, for example Dyneema®, where Dyneema® is a trademark of DSM IP Assets B.V. 2172077FI Figure 2 illustrates another embodiment of the lifting device. The embodiment of Fig. 2 is very similar to the embodiment of Fig. 1, therefore, the embodiment of Fig. 2 will now be described mainly by highlighting only the differences between these embodiments. In this example, the clamping device 5 is attached to the lifting member 4 on a separate shaft 10. Alternatively, the clamping device 5 may alternatively be mounted on the same shaft 12 with the diverting pulley 11, either simultaneously with the diverting pulley 11 or in place of the diverting pulley 11. Figures 3a-3c show a first preferred embodiment of the fastening device which can be utilized in the embodiments of Figures 1 and 2. 3a-3c, said portion is shaped as a closed, square-shaped loop with rounded corners. In this example, the fastening device 5 has a fastening point 13 formed inside the loop, which is formed by an opening 14 which can be threaded to the end of the shaft or through which, for example, a fastening bolt can be threaded. Alternatively, the attachment point 13 of the attachment device 5 may also be arranged outside the loop. Referring to Figures 3a and 3b, the anchorage point 13 of the anchorage 5 is preferably disposed such that the fate between the first and second ends 2-2 of the hoisting rope 2 is received in the groove 15 of the anchorage 5, vertically on the same line 16 as the anchorage 13 of in the groove 15 of the fastener 5, this point is in the vicinity of the first end 15-1 of the groove 15, as shown in Figure 3c. 3a to 3c, in a preferred embodiment the loop is at least partially arranged to surround a groove 15 which receives the second end 2-2 of the lifting rope. Said groove 15 may also substantially surround the entire loop. It is advantageous to arrange multiple groove turns in said portion, since several groove rounds increase the friction between the hoisting rope and the securing device, thereby ensuring sufficient securing of the attachment. In addition, the surface of the groove 15 may be treated to increase friction. Increasing friction in the groove 15 may be accomplished, for example, by coating the groove 15 or by forming protrusions in the groove 15 during the manufacturing step that increase the friction. The groove 15 is substantially circular, or at least rounded, and the groove has a substantially semicircular shape, and the groove has a dimension corresponding to the outer diameter of the hoisting rope 2 used closely. Thus, under tension, the groove 15 supports the lifting rope 2 on its sides to prevent the lifting rope from collapsing, particularly when it is subjected to 2172077EN tensile stress. Preferably, the groove 15 extends beyond the receiving position of the hoisting rope 2 so that movement of the hoisting rope 2 along the groove 15 is possible without contact with sharp corners, as will be discussed later in connection with swinging movements. Figures 4a and 4b show another preferred embodiment of the fastening device which can be utilized in the embodiments of Figures 1 and 2. The embodiment of Figures 4a and 4b corresponds very closely to the embodiment of Figures 3a-3c, therefore the embodiment of Figures 4a and 4b will now be described mainly by highlighting only the differences between these embodiments. The embodiment shown in Figures 4a and 4b comprises a fastening device 5 ', said portion of which is rotated by said groove 15, being shaped as a circular closed loop. In this embodiment, said groove 15 substantially encircles the entire loop. Referring still to Figures 3a-3c and Figures 4a and 4b, the lifting rope 2 is received near the first end 15-1 of the groove, after which the lifting rope 2 is arranged at least partially in the groove 15. Finally, the other end 2-2 of the lifting rope 2 Figure 5 shows, by way of example, a fastening arrangement. This fastening arrangement comprises a fastening means, for example a bolt 17, and a knot 18, e.g. In this particular arrangement, the hoisting rope 2 is separated from the groove side of the hoisting rope, and a bolt 17 is inserted through the formed slot, which is twisted to engage the securing device, thereby locking the other end 2-2 of the hoisting rope 2. The node then prevents the broken rope end from unfolding. Unlike Fig. 5, the fastening device may have a hole through which one end 2-2 of the hoisting rope 2 is threaded, after which a knot is made at the other end 22 of the hoisting rope to prevent the hoisting rope 2 from being pulled out. In this case, the screw shown in Fig. 5 is not needed in the fastening arrangement, but the knot and the hole hold the other end of the rope in place in the fastening device. With reference to the figures above, it is shown, by way of example, that the portion of the fastening device around which the hoisting rope is threaded is shaped as a loop. However, this is only an example of a preferred embodiment which makes it possible to provide a compact fastening device that can be mounted, for example, coaxially with the pulleys on the extension of the pulleys shaft. Alternatively, it is also possible that said portion is shaped as a straight bar. 2172077FI Contrary to the examples in the figures, the fastening arrangement may comprise threading the other end 2-2 of the lifting rope 2 under itself and tensioning after undercutting, whereby the undercut rope portion is tensioned between the lifting rope 2 and the securing device 5. The attachment can be further enhanced by knotting the knot at the end of the hoisting rope 2 underneath and thus preventing the pulling rope from being pulled out when the hoisting rope 2 is in a tensioned state. Further, unlike the figures, the fastening arrangement may comprise a plate and fastening means by which one end 2-2 of the lifting rope 2 is clamped between said plate and the fastening device 5. This fastening arrangement can also be enhanced by knotting 10 at one end of lifting rope 2 to prevent the lifting rope 2 from being pulled out when the lifting rope 2 is in a tensioned state. In various embodiments with respect to load fluctuation, it can be appreciated that the load fluctuation in any direction from the northwesterly can be accounted for structurally. For example, in the directions shown in Figure 1, there is talk of a lateral oscillation movement, which is taken into account by providing the attachment device with an attachment point 13 around which the attachment device can rotate. When the oscillation movement is transverse to the aforementioned lateral movement, i.e., oscillating in the direction of the axis of the anchor point 13, it can be taken into account by extending the rope groove beyond the lower edge of the anchorage. In practice, all oscillations and skew situations can be divided into the above two directions of motion. It will be obvious to a person skilled in the art that as technology advances, the basic idea of the invention can be implemented in many different ways. The invention and its embodiments are thus not limited to the examples described above, but may vary within the scope of the claims.
